Next up for team introductions is Austin, our warehouse manager! 🇺🇸

Austin first joined our team about five years ago, though his time in the warehouse has been split with his service in the U.S. Army. After enlisting in December 2020, he deployed from May 2025 to February 2026. We are incredibly grateful for his service and happy to have him leading things in the warehouse.

Outside of work, Austin is a family man who loves spending time with his wife, Faith, and their 13-month-old daughter, Annabell. He’s also an avid golfer, though he's the first to admit that his scorecards usually look more like bowling scores.🎳😅

Des Moines Winsupply will be closing early today at 4:00 PM.

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day, and normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26th.

Introducing Tyler 🔧 ⚙️

Tyler is our Counter Salesman who will hit his four-year milestone with us this coming July. Originally from Ogden, Iowa, Tyler spends most of his time outside of work with his family, friends, and his two dogs—a Black Lab named Veda and a Saint Bernard-Lab mix named Marsh. He also spends a lot of time in the garage with his dad and brother, where the three of them are currently building up Tyler's 2001 Jeep Cherokee for trail riding and rock crawling.

We appreciate everything Tyler has brought to the team over the last four years. Ask him about the Jeep build next time you stop by the counter!

THANK YOU FOR A GREAT MILWAUKEE COUNTER DAY! 🌮⚡️

Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by the warehouse this past Tuesday. We had a great turnout and it was awesome catching up with everyone over some food.

We had a ton of prizes to give away and it was great seeing so many people walk away with some new gear. We’re definitely looking forward to doing more of these in the future.

Meet Lizy! 🪴

If you’ve had a delivery from us lately, you’ve probably met Lizy. She joined our team back in June of last year and has become a key member of the warehouse crew, handling everything from pulling orders and stocking shelves to getting products directly out to our customers.

Outside of work, Lizy is a true fan of the outdoors and is usually found hiking, traveling (pictured below in Switzlerland), or catching live music. She’s an avid plant enthusiast and admits to having a bit of a "bad habit" of trying to tame every wild animal she comes across😅

We’ve got the 237s ready.

Weather’s turning in Des Moines, and we know your phone’s about to start ringing.

Our shelf is stocked with the Liberty 237-VMF 1/3 HP sump pump. We like these because the aluminum housing keeps them from overheating during back-to-back cycles, and the vertical float fits into those tight basins without the usual headache.

Meet Jared ⛳️

Jared joined our warehouse team 6 months ago and has been a solid addition to our Des Moines operation.

When he’s off the clock, he’s usually staying active—whether he’s hitting the gym, working on his swing at the range, or out on his 2014 Harley. He’s also a dedicated Minnesota Vikings fan and has made the trip to see them play in person four times now.

We’re glad to have him on the crew. Thanks for the hard work these first 6 months!

Tired of hearing "6 to 8 weeks" for a non-stock or commercial water heater? ❌

We know those 2-month lead times are a headache for you and your customers. At Des Moines Winsupply, we’re doing what we can to help you bypass those delays.

✅Standard Units: We keep our warehouse stocked with A. O. Smith residential heaters for immediate pickup.

✅Custom Stocking: If there’s a specific model you install regularly, let us know. We’ll bring in extra stock to keep on the shelf just for you.

✅The Weekly Truck: For non-stock or commercial units, we use our weekly truck from the OKC distribution center. If they have it in stock, we can have it in our warehouse the next week and sometimes within days.

KYLE & CARLEE 🏔️

Continuing our team introductions, meet Kyle and Carlee! Having moved here late last year from Lincoln, Nebraska, they represent the second of two couples working together on our team. Kyle handles Outside Sales for PVF, while Carlee manages Outside Sales for Commercial & Residential Plumbing.

Both Kyle and Carlee come from competitive athletic backgrounds; Kyle golfed at the collegiate level for two different schools, and Carlee played college softball. Outside of work, they stay active and love being outdoors—whether they are fly fishing, golfing, or spending time with their golden retriever, Bogey. When they aren’t doing those activities together, Kyle also enjoys hunting.

We’re glad to have them both on the team. Next time you see them, be sure to say hello!
