We all have so much to be thankful for, and it's important to remember to appreciate the little things in life. Never overlook the small wins--they are worth celebrating too!

Today we received a text and a photo from one of our individuals who was excited to share that she got new glasses! 😀 👓 How wonderful is that?! These simple moments remind us how special it is to stay connected and be part of one another's lives.

It's the little things that often bring the biggest smiles. 😃

The beauty of the Host Home residential component is when awesome non-related familes open their homes. To provide care, love and support! 🙏🏽

That love and support is shown here as our buddy graduated from high school. Along side him, his bonus family that advocates and loves him dearly.
