An Evening with Live Nation Entertainment.

This week, Coje Consultants had the pleasure of attending the official inauguration of Landmark Credit Union Live, the new indoor music venue in Milwaukee’s Deer District. Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company responsible for producing concerts, managing venues and connecting artists to fans across more than 50,000 shows annually, has helped bring this vision to life.

The venue, designed to host up to 4,500 guests with year-round programming, marks a bold new chapter in Milwaukee’s musical landscape and a catalytic moment for artists, partners and communities that thrive around live events.

During the inauguration, we had the pleasure of connecting with Rob Nugent – Regional Director of Sponsorship Sales, Jacob Pellegrino – Director of Premium Services, St. Louis, Jacob Pellegrino – Director of Premium Services, St. Louis, Jack Tenorio – Director of Premium Sales and Services, Chicago and Wisconsin. Their insights into the evolving live entertainment ecosystem underscored how spaces like this transform not just nightlife, but local culture and creative economies.
Events like this remind us of how live experiences, meticulously designed, collaboratively delivered and deeply felt elevate cities and communities.

We were also glad to share the evening with our partners at JP Group, reinforcing the value of meaningful partnerships across industries.

Live Nation’s mission is to bring more music to more fans in more places around the world. This opening is a vivid example of that commitment in motion.

A morning at the Manufacturers & Suppliers Expo.

This week the teams at Coje Consultants and JP Group attended the Manufacturers & Suppliers Event, organized by the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association.

The event brings together manufacturers, engineers, and technology providers to showcase new production solutions and strengthen connections across the manufacturing supply chain.

Before walking the exhibition floor, we heard an insightful keynote from Colin Cosgrove, President and CEO of Laystrom Manufacturing. One idea from his talk stood out. As Charles Darwin famously observed:

“It’s not the strongest or the most intelligent that survives, but the one most adaptable to change.”

For Coje Consultants, the visit was an opportunity to connect with manufacturers exploring how AI, automation, and integrated systems can improve operations and decision making.

For JP Group, it was also a reminder that industrial growth drives demand for strategic real estate, logistics infrastructure, and investment opportunities around these manufacturing hubs.

Great conversations with companies building the tools, machines, and technologies that keep industry moving.

Today, Coje Consultants joins the nation in honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
