I always think when it comes to hiring someone to help you with your business (your baby) there should be a level of connection there…

So here are a few things I think you should know about me! 🥂

🌿 I am a mother…. to dogs! My family has 3 dogs and where ever I go in my house there is always a trail of paws following not far behind. They have become my work from home coworkers and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

🌿 I love to spend my free time reading! I found my passion for books about 4 years ago and there has been no going back since. Something about being able to escape into another world and experience things through another persons eyes is just magical.

🌿 Fall is my favorite season. So as you can imagine… I am very happy right now. I just wish the weather would get cold already!

🌿 My favorite movie is She’s the Man. I don’t even think I could count how many times I’ve watched it. All of the dialogue is memorized.
I am also a huge Harry Potter fan. Apparently some people don’t want to binge watch all 8 movies every time having a movie night is mentioned??? Weird.

I would love to get to know more about you guys! 🫶🏼

You have to be ready to continuously EVOLVE! 🌿

Social media doesn’t stay in the same place for long. And when I say long, I mean it changes every single day.
But if you stay up to date and work with the constant changes you’ll be fine! 🥂

👀 Or just hire a young person who spends all their time working in the social media field.

With July coming to an end, I would love to do a little recap because it has been a long month here at Alexia Sterling Marketing. 🌿

After being patient and using my first month to really focus on how I want to shape my business on my socials and setting a good foundation for myself, I have been able to see my hard work bring in some great results!! 🥰🥰

I haven’t been focusing only on my accounts this month though… I have also had the pleasure of working with my first client under Alexia Sterling Marketing.
I am so grateful to be working we such a sweet and inspiring business owner and cannot wait for all the great things that are in store for her business. 💙

All of that great news being said… this month hasn’t flown by without any challenges. I struggled a lot with self doubt. My own thoughts were one of my biggest hurdles this month but thanks to the amazing people who help support me and not letting myself lose sight of my goals, I made it through this month with a lot of wins that I am extremely proud of.

I was sitting at home yesterday thinking “what would my younger self think of what I am doing as my business now?” and it sparked a memory that I wanted to share with you all really quick.

I’ve always had so much fun with instagram for as long as I can remember. Going to a cute location, dressing up, and getting good pictures…then editing them…and then posting and watching my feed grow and seeing everything come together.

My best friend at the time couldn’t care less about all of that, but was amazing and let me drag her along through all of it lol.

We did a little “photoshoot” of ourselves and once the pictures came out I told her I could edit hers for her… then proceeded to edit a whole feed for her that she could start posting. Did she ask me to create all of that or try to help her run her instagram? NOPE..SHE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT.😂😂

So when I wonder about what my younger self would think about my current occupation…I know she would love it. 🫶
