Established in 1995. Airbrushing of t-shirts made it's debut in Daytona Beach in the late

50s or early 60s by Ed "Bid Daddy" Roth, the creator of "Ratfink". In the early 70s the novelty became an industry and it simultaneously gained force in Myrtle Beach SC, Fort Walton Beach, Daytona and Panama City, FL. As tourism shifted in power from Fort Walton Beach to Destin, FL the 2 artists now at Airbrush Headquarters helped push the momentum with talent and innovation with nearly 100 years of combined experience. All artists are contributing writers to the industries leading magazine, Airbrush Action. They are teachers and award winners of many distinctions. Airbrush is a "must get" for visitors to the Destin area. Designs are unlimited in scope and are bright and eye catching. They are works of art as individual as each purchaser. Scott Wilson, owner and operator of Airbrush Headquarters (ABHQ) has been airbrushing since 1975. He has spent 5 of those years working the commercial art industry. He has written many articles for the leading industry magazine, Airbrush Action. He has streamlined the airbrush t-shirt business and brought it into the 21st century with innovations in airbrush equipment and he is leading the way incorporating modern technology.
