This is a full-time, round-the-clock position requiring a high degree of physical stamina and emotional resilience. The successful candidate will be on their feet for the majority of the day, engaging in frequent bending, lifting, and sustained physical exertion. Standard hours are 135+ per week, with on-call availability required overnight as associate needs dictate. Scheduled breaks are limited; however, brief periods of rest may occur organically throughout the day.

Meal periods are observed, though timing is flexible and associate-dependent.

โ€ข Provide continuous, attentive support to a primary associate, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met at all times

โ€ข Navigate high-pressure, fast-paced, and frequently unpredictable environments with composure and a positive attitude

โ€ข Serve in multiple concurrent roles, adapting fluidly to shifting priorities throughout the day and night.

โ€ข Maintain a cheerful, nurturing disposition during peak demand periods, including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Yearโ€™s, and all major holidays โ€” during which workload will increase significantly

โ€ข Background or working knowledge in medicine, finance, and culinary arts preferred

โ€ข Must be prepared to deprioritize personal time, travel, and outside commitments for the foreseeable future
