We’re excited to share the refreshed Fearless Transformations website 💖

Our new web design was created to better reflect the heart of our mission — empowering girls through leadership, healing, confidence, and transformation.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year and the newly curated Unapologetically Her Leadership Program, we wanted a digital space that feels inspiring, elevated, and aligned with the vision we are building for the next generation of leaders.

We are also excited to announce NEW Facilitator opportunities!

We are currently seeking passionate women leaders, mentors, educators, and community advocates who are interested in helping facilitate our leadership sessions and support the development of young women throughout Detroit.

One of the most meaningful parts?
This opportunity only requires a 2-hour commitment twice a month — creating a powerful way for professionals and community leaders to pour into the next generation without overwhelming their schedules.

If you have a passion for mentorship, empowerment, leadership development, emotional wellness, or creating safe spaces for girls to grow — we would love to connect with you.

As we close out the 2026–2027 school year at Central High School Detroit, we are celebrating growth, leadership, healing, confidence, and the incredible journey of our young women through Fearless Transformations. 💖

This year was bigger than a program.
It was a movement.

Our girls showed up.
They challenged themselves.
They found their voices.
They stepped into leadership.
And they proved that transformation happens when young women are given support, guidance, and space to rise. 🌸

To every student leader, mentor, facilitator, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter — THANK YOU for helping us build fearless futures together.

Yesterday was more than a visit—it was a moment of exposure, elevation, and possibility.

We had the honor of welcoming Fred, who served as our Founder’s Vice President while working at General Motors, to Central High. He poured into our girls with wisdom, authenticity, and real-world leadership insight, sharing not just his experiences but the mindset, discipline, and integrity it takes to lead at a high level.

What they experienced wasn’t just a presentation—it was a living example of leadership in action. Moments like these matter. They expand vision, shift mindsets, and remind our girls that their current environment does not define their future.

Grateful for leaders who invest, uplift, and show up for the next generation. The seeds planted yesterday will continue to grow far beyond the room we were in.

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: Meet Jazmyne!
This month, we’re shining a light on Jazmyne, a bright and creative 10th grader in our Fearless Transformations Leadership Program!

She loves making TikToks, listening to music, and capturing the sky through photography. Since joining the program, Jazmyne says she’s found a safe space where she feels heard, supported, and inspired to grow.

Who is she becoming?
“A photographer,” she says, thanks to the encouragement from Ms. Cleo and her peers.

April’s Theme: Responsibility
Jazmyne shared a powerful moment when she owned up to a mistake and learned the value of honesty and accountability.

Another Great Partnership with DIS!

Yesterday, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the kickoff of high school activities at the beautifully remodeled Durfee Innovation Society (DIS) with Life Remodeled. We are thrilled to announce that we are now partnering with Life Remodeled to host our after-school Leadership Program for Emerging Women at Central High!

About DIS: Located in the historic Durfee school building, the Durfee Innovation Society is a vibrant hub dedicated to revitalizing the Detroit community through education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. DIS provides a supportive environment where local organizations and businesses can collaborate to empower the next generation of leaders.

Our Leadership Program for Emerging Women is designed to inspire, educate, and empower young women to realize their full potential. Through mentorship, interactive workshops, and real-world experiences, our program helps girls develop critical leadership skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose. Participants will have the chance to explore careers in STEM, business, and other industries, learn from successful leaders, and engage in transformative personal development activities.
