Honoring Juneteenth ✊🏾🇺🇸
Today is Juneteenth, and it is an incredibly important day of reflection, celebration, and education. Also known as Freedom Day, June 19th marks the historic day in 1865 when the delayed news of liberation finally reached the last enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

At RCG, we believe that building a stronger community starts with honoring our shared history and amplifying the voices that shape it.

Education is a powerful tool for connection. Whether you are looking to reflect on the deep history of this day or find local celebrations happening right here in our community, we invite you to dive deeper.

When we talk about building a business that lasts, we often focus on strategy, metrics, and growth. But at the end of the day, the strongest foundation any company can have is its ethics. It’s what guides how we at RCG treat our clients, our team, and our community. It's really the heartbeat of all that we do.

We’ve been reflecting on the core traits that define an ethical business—things like transparency, integrity, fairness, and respect. Every single one of them matters, but we all have that one "anchor value" that we prioritize above all else.

Take a look at the image below and tell us: Which of these traits do you value most in a business?
