And just like that… we’re fully leased up.🙌🏾

Excited to share that the commercial spaces at Minock Park Place in Grandmont-Rosedale are officially spoken for.

It’s been a pleasure working with the Grandmont-Rosedale Development Corporation to bring this project to life — a 42-unit senior apartment building with three prime commercial spaces that will now be home to businesses serving the community.

Looking forward to the ribbon cutting and seeing these spaces activated. Even more excited for the businesses that will now be a part of and contribute to this neighborhood.

Cheers 🥂 to a year of full-time entrepreneurship.

April 4th marked one year of me truly stepping out on my own and if I’m honest, it changed me from the inside out.

I’ve always played it somewhat safe… but this time, I jumped. No safety net. Just faith.

No roadmap that was perfectly laid out.
No guarantees. Just a decision to bet on myself with hopes of figuring it out along the way.

This past year has been a constant mindset shift, learning to trust myself, trust the process, and truly understand what it means to walk by faith and not by sight.

So many doors have opened. Opportunities I couldn’t have planned for. Rooms I once only imagined being in.

This image has been my screensaver for a reason. A rose growing through concrete.

Over the past year, I’ve built, learned, stretched, and refined not just my business, but how I think, move, and show up.

To everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me along this journey, thank you. It truly means more than you know.

Recently, I had the opportunity to pitch my business. This is something I don’t do often and this marked my second time stepping into that space.

What stood out most was the experience. The room, the energy, and the overwhelming support and positive feedback reminded me that growth happens when you’re willing to put yourself out there.

Entrepreneurship will stretch you. It will require you to clearly communicate your vision, stand in it, and refine it in real time. And I’m embracing every part of that process.
