SASHA Center's Soul Care Sundays is back!!!! Join us tomorrow, Feb 22 at 6:30 pm EST, via Zoom or Facebook live, facilitated by our principal La Davis.

Some of us are tired. Not because we’re weak. Not because we lack discipline. But because we’ve been carrying things that were never ours to hold.

Our theme for this new 4-week is: “Get Somebody Else to Do It.”
This one is for Black women who are:
• Exhausted from being the fixer
• Expected to be strong at all costs
• Tired of over-explaining boundaries
• Ready to choose peace over performance

We’re talking about burnout. We’re talking about over-responsibility. We’re talking about learning how to say “I’m not available for that” without guilt.

Because everything does not require your strength. And some things truly need… somebody else.

Join us live each Sunday as we have real conversations about rest, boundaries, and reclaiming our energy.

It’s time to stop forcing. It’s time to focus. It’s time to protect your peace.

Whew. We have finally had time to breath and take it all in! Build It Bold was MORE than a workshop.

What happened in that room went far beyond strategy, tools, or AI. Build It Bold became a safe, intentional space for women who are the work, doing the work.

Because of the power of that space:
-Participants asked to continue as a cohort
-Two partnerships stepped up
-$2,500 in startup grants were awarded to women building real businesses and nonprofits

This is what happens when clarity, community, and care come together.

To be honest, if you missed the first Build It Bold, you missed it.
But don’t worry… this was just the beginning.

More is coming, and we’re building it with the same intention that made this experience special.

Grateful for strong partners. Grateful for courageous women.
