That's your bottleneck and where you should be spending most of your time!

If sales is the lifeblood of a business.... Operations is the skeleton.

Let me explain.

It's true, sales is needed. And if that's your main bottleneck -> go focus on that.

But if you have clients that are leaving or team members that are underperforming, this is for you.

Shifting your focus to your operation could be:
- Mapping out (and optimizing) your Client Journey
- Creating team scorecards w/ clear KPIs
- Dialing in your SOPs
- Plugging internal communication holes
- Creating team onboarding & training bootcamps
- etc

Without this "skeleton", things can get messy quick.

The good news is you don't NEED all these things right away. Focus on the one that is most urgent, and that added efficiency will allow you to build even more structure.

We believe in building businesses that don't require constant replacement of churned clients. There's no better feeling of stacking MRR, one happy client at a time.

Ever wonder what the "Dream Team" in your agency would look like?

BUSINESS OWNERS & MANAGERS 📢 The worst part about not giving your team members KPIs isn't that YOU don't know if they're doing a good job...

It's that THEY don't know if they're doing a good job 😕

Imagine being an athlete that doesn't know why they win some games and lose others.

👉 Your ignorance would lead you to either be arrogant or unnecessarily self-critical.

👉 You would never know what to FOCUS ON to get better.

👉 And you would never get CLOSE to your true potential.

Do your team members a favor: calculate and show them their numbers.

Explain what causes those numbers to be a hit or a miss.

And coach them to self-correct their swing until they're hitting it out of the park consistently.

Only THEN will your team members and company grow without your direct involvement 🚀

Business owners: switching to a PIF model won't fix your retention problem.

Pi**ed clients will still chargeback, get refunds, give 1-Star Reviews, ruin your rep & your team's morale.

To ACTUALLY fix it, build retention-focused systems. Hire the right people. Give them proper training.
