Today, we're thanking Bridget for all of the hard work she's put into this Community.

If you've been around Small Giants for a while, then you know Bridget. You've seen her at the Summit, or on a Zoom call, or in your inbox. We're sad to say that this is Bridget's last week on the team.

But Bridget will always be a part of this Community. We're incredibly grateful to have had her eagle eye for the small details, her critical thinking skills, and her upbeat attitude on our team for nearly five years. We're rooting for Bridget and can't wait to see what's next for her!

Be sure to show Bridget your super and join us in wishing her all the best. It's not goodbye, it's see you around! 🧡

What makes a Small Giant? What are the puzzle pieces (or fish scales!) that, when put together, create a wonderful, purpose-driven, mojo-filled business?

There are six dimensions that equate to a great Small Giants company. And the good news is, you don't have to tackle those dimensions alone. We have resources, programs, and events to help you go from good to great. Not to mention, an active community of supportive and inspiring leaders.

Want to know where you land on the Small Giants scale? Comment SCORECARD and will send you our scorecard to find out.

Last week, we celebrated the graduation of our Leadership Academy Class of 2026. We had an amazing time in Texas. The team at Text-Em-All were fabulous hosts, and gave us an inside look at how their company and culture have gotten more clear and colorful over time. A huge thank you to everyone at TEA for their hospitality!

We also made space for our graduates to reflect on what they’ve learned over nine months, and how they’ll use that knowledge moving forward.

Congratulations to all of our graduates! Thank you Brittany Barker, Sage Chesmer, Kimberly Evans, Kori Gualtieri, Todd Isis, Meagan Larkin, Bernard Misiak, MBA, Matthew Price and Courtney Moncrieff for joining us in Dallas for this special occasion, and for allowing us to be a part of your leadership journey. And also congrats to Morrin McGunagle, Veena Ahmed, and Adam Gustafson - we missed you!

There’s always a moment after the Summit.

When the conversations settle.
When the rooms are quiet.
And everything from the past few days starts to land.

Last week in Detroit, something real happened.

Leaders showed up openly.
Hard conversations were had.
New perspectives were formed.
And connections were built that will carry far beyond these two days.

This year’s theme was Navigate.
And you could feel it in every room.

Not in having all the answers.
But in the willingness to keep moving forward. Together.

To everyone who joined us in Detroit. Thank you for showing up the way you did.
To our speakers and partners. Thank you for helping shape the experience.
And to our team who brought it all to life. We’re incredibly proud.

Today is a big day in the Small Giants Community.

Finding Freedom by .moncrieff is officially out in the world.

This book speaks to something we see often in this community. Leaders who have built something meaningful, and then find themselves asking a harder question…

How do I grow this without it depending on me for everything?

Finding Freedom is an honest look at that journey. Letting go of control. Building leaders. Creating a business that can stand on its own.

It is also a special moment for us as a community. This is the first book released through , in partnership with

If you know someone who is carrying too much in their business right now, this might be the book to pass along.

📙If you pick up a copy, let us know what resonates with you.

Hey Small Giants Community!

My first book, 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢, launches in less than a week. It's all about building shifting mindset, building momentum, and transitioning your role in the business.

I’ll be honest, bringing a book into the world isn’t something you do alone.

It takes a movement.

And right now, I need all the support I can get.

As a Small Giants Community member, you are cordially invited to become one of my trusted 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙨—people who want to be part of getting this message out into the world.

If that’s you, you can learn more at the link below.

Grateful to have you on this journey. Link ---> https://www.facebook.com/groups/1461154345570736

AI is everywhere right now.
But using it in a way that aligns with your values is a different challenge.

We’re excited to welcome Ron Kinkade from Text-Em-All to the Small Giants stage at this year’s Summit.

In this interactive session, Ron will share a perspective shaped by real decisions. The kind that come with tension. What to adopt, what to question, and how to move forward without compromising what matters most.

This is a conversation about growth. Not just in capability, but in clarity.

If you’re thinking about how to navigate AI while staying grounded in your values, this session will give you something to reflect on.

Join us April 28–30 in Detroit.

🎟️ Registration closes at the end of today. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time: https://hubs.li/Q04bpJkt0

What happens when the plan you’ve built no longer works?

We’re glad to welcome Carl Churchill, Founder of Alpha Coffee, to the Small Giants stage at this year’s Summit.

In this fireside chat, Carl will share a story of navigating a moment when things didn’t go as expected. A reset. A recalibration. And the kind of decisions that come when the path forward isn’t clear.

Not a perfect plan.
But a real one.

Join us April 28–30 in Detroit.

🎟️ Registration closes today. Grab your spot while you still can!
