For this Valentine’s season, we thought we’d do a take on our favorite holiday treat, chocolate covered strawberries. So, we did it two ways: 1, a vibrant blend we’ve concocted that tastes almost exactly like those Crème Savers your grandma gave you - and 2. Actual Strawberry Coferment Beans dipped in 100% belgian dark chocolate in collaboration with our friends .chocolate.

You might know more about coffee than you think.
Apples and coffee both have varietals. Fuji, Honeycrisp, Red Delicious. Caturra, Geisha, Pink Bourbon. Different worlds, same idea. Each varietal has its own look and taste, just like apples. Next time you’re shopping for a bag of coffee, pay attention to the varietal. It might help you learn what you like!
