Applications Now Open | Rebuild and Rise: The Washtenaw Microenterprise Growth Cohort
Small businesses across Washtenaw County are still navigating the long-term impacts of COVID-19. In response, we are launching Rebuild and Rise, a 6-week intensive, hybrid accelerator designed to help microenterprise owners stabilize, modernize, and position their businesses for sustainable growth.
This cohort is designed for Washtenaw County microenterprises (5 or fewer employees) that were established on or before March 16, 2020 and experienced COVID-related disruptions.
Participants will receive:
• Hands-on business coaching and technical assistance
• Support with sales strategy, marketing, and cash flow
• Peer learning and accountability
• The opportunity to be considered for a $2,500 business grant upon successful completion
Key Dates
• Applications accepted now through February 11, 2026 (11:59 PM)
• Acceptance notifications sent February 13, 2026
• Cohort begins February 18, 2026
The program meets Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30–8:00 PM and includes in-person and online sessions (hybrid).
