Building a business keeps your mind BUSY. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is give it a moment to rest.

At the Motor City Contractor Fund Social Hour, Demarra West led us through a guided meditation to slow things down and reset together.

Thank you, Demarra, for reminding us to make room for the pause too. 💙

Everybody has that ONE thing 😂

Dr. Nicole asked the contractors what they no longer do because it makes them feel poor, and now we’re asking you! Drop your answer below!

Your future business needs you to make better financial decisions today.

Start with the budget. Work on the credit. Separate your business and personal finances. Know where your money is going.

Dr. Nicole’s message is simple: the habits you build now matter.

Need guidance? Text Dr. Nicole at 313-923-3400 with your business questions. 💙

Success is built in the everyday moments.

It’s answering the email, reviewing the numbers, following up, showing up, and continuing to hammer away at the goal even when the results aren’t visible yet.

This Motivational Monday, Dr. Nicole reminds us that the small things you do consistently are part of the success story too. Keep going. 💙

One of the best ways to prepare for funding is by hearing directly from the people making lending decisions.

At the Lender Link Up, contractors had the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and better understand what lenders are looking for from business owners.

That’s the power of bringing the right people into the same room. Ready to take your business to the next level? Learn more about the Motor City Contractor Fund at motorcitycontractorfund.org.
