Phase 2: Managed Commercial Leasing: We will provide "ready-to-operate" retail and professional spaces. Unlike traditional landlords, QK House prioritizes leasing to businesses that have completed our training, ensuring a high-quality tenant mix and lower turnover rates.

Phase 3: The Destination Anchor (Expansion): To guarantee tenant success, QK House is expanding into a MotorSport Recreational & Arcade Center. This "Mall 2.0" experience combines high-energy entertainment (motorsports/gaming) with local retail and food services, creating a high-traffic destination that serves as a permanent customer draw for our small business tenants.

Market Problem & Solution

The Problem: The Youngstown area has a wealth of talent but lacks affordable, high-traffic commercial spaces and accessible business education, leading to high startup failure rates.
