Sunday June 21, while many of us are honoring our fathers there are those who have lost their fathers to death, or incarceration. Mic Larry’s 100% Real Fathers wishes to help these young boys and girl to honor and commemorate theirs.
The African proverb “It take a village to raise a child” is true. So we’re asking our village to take part in this annual event. Please bring your sons and daughters out to join in the celebration, or volunteer to help by giving your time and/or donation to this important cause, because every heart matters, every story counts, and every child deserves love.
The event is 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at Noble Elementary school. The balloon release is at 3:30. So please come out and enjoy the fun and festivities, but more importantly the encouragement and enrichment of these young people. For more information on the event call 313-629-7118
