I remember the excitement I felt when the ultrasound tech smiled and said, “It’s a girl.”

In that moment, I immediately began imagining the relationship we would have—the conversations, the memories, the lessons, and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of women.

What I didn’t fully understand then is that mother-daughter relationships are some of the most meaningful, complex, beautiful, and challenging relationships we experience.

As a woman, mother, and clinical psychologist, I’ve spent years studying these relationships and the ways they shape us across generations.

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce UNLOCKED: The Mother-Daughter Conversation.

This experience was created to be a safe and intentional space for women to reflect, connect, and gain insight into their own experiences as mothers, daughters, and women. Together, we’ll explore the stories, patterns, and conversations that influence our relationships while discovering tools to strengthen connection and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
