We own and operate a 135,000-square-foot building in Detroit’s New Center that supports coworking, offices, meetings and events. Five days. One prototype. $50,000 in grant prizes waiting on the other side.

The Venture 313 AI Buildathon is back this September, and the only rule is you have to actually build something. Show up with a team or find one when you get there. By the end of the week, you're pitching whatever you made to a room full of judges.

TechTown Detroit is proud to host the build week as part of Venture 313, a collaboration with City of Detroit Government, Invest Detroit, Detroit Development Fund - DDF, and Gilbert Family Foundation.
