Are you fluent in Dutch, German, or Swedish and passionate about customer service? MSX International, a leading global consultancy in the automotive industry, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Madrid or Barcelona!

✨ What you'll do:
✅ Assist customers and dealerships via phone and email
✅ Follow up on inquiries until fully resolved
✅ Make reminder calls and support incident resolution
✅ Maintain databases and generate reports
