Founded in 2001, Masking & Kompany has been pivotal in supporting the inward and outward facing work that professionals need in order to accomplish their individual and collective goals. CEO Joshua Michael King is a two-time Cazenovia College graduate, earning an AAS in Fashion Design in 2001 and a BS in Human Services in 2010; coupled with an induction into Tau Alpha Upsilon Honor Society that same year. He is now a graduate from Regent University, having earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Non-profit Management in 2019. His aspirations include furthering his expertise to include a degree in Law and Public Administration. King has served on a number of Boards and Committees throughout New York State, including the Redlich Horowitz Foundation, The Academy of Excellence, Inc., Syracuse Scholarship Organization, City of Syracuse: Education Transition Team, End the Epidemic, NYSDOH HIV Stops With Me, Inner-City Little League, and many others. His work is also powered by ongoing Executive Leadership Coaching by Gwen, Inc.
