Update – Friday, February 20

I want to provide an update regarding the firewood that was taken on Friday, February 20. The young man, Tristian, has come forward and admitted that he took the wood. This was addressed in a professional way.

I’m honestly amazed that my original post received over 3,000 shares. The amount of information and messages I received from people who saw what happened that day was outstanding.

I’m truly grateful to live in a community where people are willing to step up, pay attention, and help one another. Thank you to everyone who shared the post and reached out with information.

Late night delivery. Last load of the day

My son Jake and I delivered a small load of firewood today. To a family in need of help through the Christmas Holidays at no cost. Hate to see a family struggling through tough times. Glad to know the family and their children will be warm.

March has been a nice start for spring temperatures. People have been thinking ahead for next winter scheduling firewood orders. It has been definitely a long winter that we haven’t had in a few years. Lot of people were short of firewood to make through the winter. The earlier people get their firewood the drier it will be.
