✨SEMO BARTER✨

I spent some time with Jordan Powell at Formé Haus Pilates Studio today before they actually open for classes!

When she offered a barter, I KNEW this was something I needed to try out for all
Of us who WANT to be Pilates girls but have no clue how, when, where or what it looks like to start!

Pilates is an all encompassing muscle strength workout, and if you’re over 40, working on core and balance is the BEST thing you can do to prevent injuries. (Take it from an old EMT)

Anywho…Jordan was so welcoming and kind and I truly believe SHE believes ANY body is a Pilates body…and that was so empowering for bodies of all shapes, sizes and ages.

If this is your time to learn new things, push your body to learn new things or just be in a space where your encouraged and felt seen…THIS is your community.

I’m going to link the app for signing up and if you have ANY questions, message the FB page they are eager to serve the community and that’s what this is all about!

Some of these people I’ve loved for almost 25 years…I love seeing the district grow and become the best they can be. I stepped away from EMS almost 3 years ago, but my hard work and heart is still imbedded deep into those walls…I’ll always be a fan of our local public safety organizations…they do what most people can’t, won’t and shouldn’t…and they do the BEST damn job at it.

❤️ Heartland Staycation ❤️

Another staycation…this one was in a tiny house village (and they are going to start construction on some TREEHOUSES soon!!)

We loved our stay and Holly was so accommodating. We felt safe and secluded but also we were 10 mins from Scooters ☕️ AND a big juicy steak. 🥩

This would make a great place for a family reunion spot, a church couples retreat, a wedding party…but also just a place to sneak away for a night to catch your breath. 10/10 would recommend.

Hi! I’m still alive…I’m working through the year end edits from the mini sessions and seniors and everything will be delivered by the end of the week!
