Ice update!!!! Sorry for the delay in updating. We have had some ice move through the machine and also some water. We did find that we had a pump go out that pushes water through the unit. We have a new one ordered and it will be here next week. Once it gets here we “should” be up and running! We apologize about this taking forever but we were having trouble tracking down our issue. Should be fully functional next week!!! Keep us in your prayers!!!

Ice Machine update!!!!

We worked on the Dexter Kooler Ice machine today. It is dropping ice but we have a minor issue with the water distribution. We are hoping to have that all fixed in the next few days and be up and running. The photo is from this evening to prove that ice is coming!!! :)

Sorry for the delay, we all the schedules in our household it has been a challenge to find a couple days to troubleshoot our issues from the freezing earlier this year. We are about up and running!!!

Just an update on the Dexter Kooler Ice. We think we are through the freezing with the weather. It looks like we may have taken the turn towards spring. We have a few things that we have to get fixed with the machine. Some due to age and some due to the freezing. We hope to be back up and running in the next couple weeks after we get those items fixed. Stay tuned to our page and we will let you know when we have water flowing and the frozen stuff ready for bags!!!

Summer will be here before you know it!!!

The ice/water machine will be closed until spring. We shut the machine down with the extreme cold that we welcomed the other day. While shutting it down we found an issue that we are going to have to address with a break in one of the lines. When we get to the other side of winter and into spring we will be back up and running.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to cooling you off in a few months when mother nature takes a break on that job!

Currently we are not taking credit cards due to an issue with the card reader apparently being pulled out. I am working on getting the issue resolved and should be back up taking cards in a few days.
