Cancellation Policy: Will be enforced!
I do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations. I understand things come up and schedules change. Please call at your earliest convenience to alert me of the conflict. I unfortunately cannot recover from multiple last minute schedule changes. Therefore, I am requiring 24 hours’ notice for waxing services and 48 hours for facial services. Those services canceled in that time frame will require a 50% fee of service. I will not reschedule that service until payment for previous service is paid. Those that do not show, they will be required to pay full amount of service before rebooking and will have to put a credit card on file for future services. DermaLounge invokes the right to charge a full amount of service for no show.
Late Appointments: based on the schedule any appointment later than 15 mins may have to be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee of $25, if it can’t be completed in the time remaining without affecting the next service. We need to be respectful of others' times and experiences.
Experience: DermaLounge provides self-care and beauty services but we also share space with massage therapists and other healing specialists. We all try to accommodate our clients but we all need to consider others taking the time and spending hard earned money for a well-deserved experience. Please be considerate of others in services. Please turn off cellphones, alarms, use quiet voices and if children are attending, please make sure they can conduct themselves in a quiet non distributive manner.
Prices: DermaLounge has always focused on keeping the cost of services affordable. Although, I pride myself on quality products and experiences. Prices are subject to change.
Refunds: Refunds are not available after the service. Please communicate concerns in the treatment experience so adjustments may be accommodated if possible. Please alert me to any concerns with aftercare within 24-48 hours. Proper care after services is important to avoid any unwanted complications. Please reach out so I can assist you on next steps.
