Clearing the record:
After making Christmas Cookie Trays for four years here in Dickinson with great success, I came under fire today and last night. A lady by the name Alayna McConnell is trying to slander me and my business. She had placed an order on Friday for a cookie tray worth $40. She wanted the cookie tray the next day. I had dozens of people show up at my house and pick up their trays on Saturday ... by 5 p.m. Alayna had not messaged to pick up her tray yet so I left it at my house with a friend and went on to make a few dozen deliveries. I do not check Facebook while I am making deliveries ... at 7:30 I had seen I had a cancelled order from Alayna. No big deal.... she then went on to post on the Dickinson classifieds cookie tray post that I had initially put up that I was unreachable and she found someone else.....I offered her a merry Christmas and apology.....she then messaged me that she messaged all Facebook Admins and got me booted....I then offered her another apology to stay in Christmas spirit and a free tray and even offered to have a tray delivered to her children's school for staff free of charge..but she didn't want that....so as usual protocol for me when people cancel the day of pickup they get blocked to prevent them from ordering in the future and being another no show plus she was trying to stir up drama ... Now today I am shown screen shots of her claiming she paid me....she did not, my security cameras will attest to me not leaving to meet her at all or her coming here. She is also claiming online that I have scammed 5 other people as well!!! This is slander and defamation....number one I never take money before a product is made and number two I always try to please anyone who orders from me and make it right when they are not satisfied!
