Part-Time Peer Support Specialist
Location: SWMCCC Community Treatment Program, Dickinson ND
Pay: $16.00 hour

SWMCCC Community Treatment Program is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

-Manage an assigned caseload and provide peer support services.
-Complete required documentation and submit it to the assigned Care Coordinator.
-Schedule your own availability.
-Meet clients in the community at appropriate, supportive locations as needed.
-Work from the facility or in the community, depending on client needs.

Qualifications:

-Certified Peer Support Specialist.
-Strong communication and documentation skills.
-Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to working with clients.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We are honored to share that our facility has been awarded funding through the North Dakota Opioid Settlement Fund Grant! This support allows us to continue strengthening our services and expanding our impact for those affected by substance use in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services for recognizing the importance of our work and for including us in this meaningful initiative. Together, we’re taking important steps toward healing, recovery, and hope.

Today we junk journaled.

We took what others might call "trash"—scraps, leftovers, pieces of the past—and turned them into something beautiful. Just like in recovery, we’re learning to see the value in things we once overlooked, including ourselves.

Beauty isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it’s found when you slow down, sit with the mess, and give it space to become something new. 💜

Grateful for this journey, this group, and the reminder that transformation is possible—on the page and in life.
