“How much does this house cost?”
We get that question all the time, and the answer is usually more complicated than people expect.
A home is not priced by looking at a photo, the square footage, or even another house we have already built.
If we are building a spec home for $450,000, that does not automatically mean we could build the same home for you for $450,000.
Your cost can change based on the land you purchase, how much site preparation is required, utilities, grading, excavation, the floor plan, and every finish you select along the way.
Cabinets, countertops, flooring, windows, appliances, plumbing fixtures, exterior materials, and dozens of other decisions can move the final number significantly.
That is why it takes us time to put together an accurate estimate.
We would rather take the time to understand your property, your plans, and what you actually want in the home than throw out a number that sounds good but does not reflect the real project.
When you are talking about building a custom home, there is rarely one simple price.
There is your home, your land, your selections, and your budget.
Those are the pieces we need to understand before we can tell you what it is really going to cost.
