We want to shout out to Casey Haas and thank her for the past 10 years of service with Precision Lawn care & Landscaping. She has helped us take on the day to day operations as the business has grown over these years. This includes manning the office when we take our family vacations. Looking back at how our office and business has grown, we have advanced from 1 phone line to four lines so we can all take calls at once, no more locking the front door unsure who might oddly walk in, we advanced from satellite internet to high speed At&t, the front lot was gravel and now nicely paved with everyone’s parking space, new windows in front of building to bring some light to our days. There always a surprise from day to day at Precision may it be good or bad it keeps us on our toes! Best wishes on your next adventure! Perhaps i will still tell the crews to call you with questions daily as spring approaches 😉

You can pick up at 8417 state route 30, Dittmer Monday - Friday from 8-4 if needing 1 rank 4x8) or more Saturday’s are by appt only at the wood yard.
We just got our newest commercial grade splitter delivered today. Give us a call or stop by our self service roadside stand any day of the week at any time at your convenience to pick up $25.00 stacks or $5.00 bundles. We have a venmo link attached to the stand and a drop box in front door for cash or check.

We sell by the 4x8 rank picked up $85.00
Delivered and stacked within 20 miles $195.00
Delivered and dumped on driveway within 20 miles $160.00
Prefilled stacked totes $85.00 + $30.00 tote deposit. We can load these in back of truck or on trialer with forks. If you have a tractor to unload it, this is the cleanest and fastest option.

Our team of equipment operators and dump truck drivers did an amazing job doing a major property cleanup for Jefferson county code enforcement today. 15 cars, 4 trailers, several loads of solid waste a scrap metal. All the neighbors were very excited to see what we did in one day. We can do demolition work, tall grass abatement, hauling of any vehicles and junk, recycle, and major property cleanup. This job will be completed and finish graded tomorrow.

This year was been a very busy and successful year for us with upward growth and improved organization. I would like to recognize our employees for the quality of jobs and customer service they have been providing daily this year. Richard has been awarded employee of the month for July 2025 We currently have 6 grass crews, 3 landscape crews, 6 dump trucks running daily, and an amazing office staff including Melissa, Casey, and Jamie that keep everything in motion. We have 30 employees and run 16+ trucks daily!

Jamie is our newest member in the office She has been jumping in to help with customer service, shop maintenance record keeping, and loading customers with bulk material.

Casey has been working hard with daily customer service, accts receivable, and launching our new routing program, Fieldroutes, to expodite the routine service invoices and customer communication. This has been a big task transferring all customers and data. We finally have all crews set up with the new program and it’s working well after a few minor hiccups.

Melissa works daily to keep all vendors paid on time, provide exceptional customer service, employee call handling, sign up all new hires and vendors as well as respond/forward daily emails from our customers.

It started out with Mark handling all these tasks and we now have 4 members in the office daily to keep things moving. We keep 1 full time shop technician on repairs and work daily with our vendors to get parts, repairs, and equipment purchases to keep our staff in action.

Many of our customers do not realize the volume of work we do daily and the vast array of services we offer including ground maintence, landscape install and maintenance, bulk material sales and delivery, dump truck hauling, Bobcat service, aerial lift tree work, firewood sales, aeration, sod install, shrub pruning, fertilizer and w**d control programs, and much more.

Landscaper renovation at the High Ridge library earlier this year. Maximum Water donating a watering service and we were lucky enough to have plenty of rain after install.
