Nice little preventative maintenance service on our customers existing gate system in Woodland, CA!

21 point checklist.
Involves deeply checking all components of the gate system.
Example:
-Checking amp draw on the operator during it's open and closed functions.
-Lubrication of all gate rotating components.
-Checking batteries and battery back up systems.
-Checking any gears, chain, and sprockets for wear.
