We’re kicking things off with Hero Day 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️🦸! Every September, our team has fun themed dress-up days to raise money for a local cause. For each employee who participates, Pioneer adds $1 to the donation pot. Those who choose not to dress up are encouraged to donate a dollar as well. 💵✨
