It is with great sadness that I tell you Mike Cosby passed away Thanksgiving day. He wanted to be sure that our Rainbow customers continued to receive the same level of customer service we had always provided so I will ensure that happens. I will be available for sale of the new SRX Rainbow, Service and Repair of the Rainbow e, e2 Blue, e2 Black and SRX. I will continue to carry supplies such as Fresh Air (germ killer) and Fragrances. I will continue to ship what you need and answer any questions you may have. My phone number is 229 873-0303. RAINBOW SALES AND SERVICE is notifying owners of the Rainbow SRX in South GA and North Florida (Tallahasse Area), who have received a service update letter from Rexair can bring your Rainbow to our shop for service at no cost to you. RAINBOW SALES AND SERVICE is still doing business. We continue to provide service. You leave your Rainbow at our back door with your name, contact information and description of the problem. We'll service it and call you. Contact is limited. We also have fresh air deodorizer and germ killer. Limited on fragrances. We are also limited on the Rainmate room air cleaner. Fragrances, Rainmates and parts can't be shipped from our Michigan facility because of state government rules. We ship supplies and Rainmates with a credit card payment. Rainbow Owners in Southwest Georgia and North Florida, do not forget, the Rainbow cleans the air in your home and removes the dust particles from your floors and carpet. Germs use dust to move around your home. When using Rainbow Air Deodorizer, in your Rainbow, you kill many germs. We also have the Rainmate Room Air Cleaner for bedrooms, baths and other rooms.
