Effective 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, our former location will officially be classified as 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧 by USPS.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱.

We moved on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. For the past 17 months, we have used our own time and resources repeatedly reminding customers to update their address.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿.

This only applies to customers who had mailbox service 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. Anyone who signed up after that date was already provided the current address.

If you are still using the old address for bills, banks, subscriptions, government agencies, family, friends, or deliveries, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄.

Beginning October 1, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or fix mail sent to an address USPS considers vacant.

𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.

Please make sure everyone sending you mail has our current address 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗠𝗕 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

Q: What are the new Mail & More mailbox “keys,” and how do they work?

A: We are beginning to issue each mailbox account:

• 1 PVC wallet card
• 3 PVC keychain cards

Each card contains the same Parcel Tracker QR code for the account. Once the new keys are issued, a scannable QR code will be required every time mail or packages are picked up. This helps protect mail security while making pickups faster and more accurate.

Customers may use any of the following:

• A new wallet or keychain card
• A previous Mail & More QR keychain
• The QR code emailed by Parcel Tracker
• A screenshot or clear photo of the QR code saved on a phone

If someone else will be picking up, that person must be given one of the physical keys or the QR code electronically. Presenting the account QR code indicates authorization to collect all available mail and packages for that account.

Replacement QR keys will be $5. Customers may choose either one wallet card or three keychain cards.

Remember: A carrier showing “Delivered” does not mean a package is ready for pickup. Please wait for the Parcel Tracker email from [email protected]. Only the packages listed in that notice are ready.

ASSISTANCE FOR MEDICATION PICKUPS

After last night’s storm, we know some of our customers may be unable to safely leave their homes.

If you currently have medication waiting for pickup at Mail and More and are unable to get to the store because of storm conditions, please contact us. Once we determine who needs assistance, we will coordinate with those customers to arrange delivery of their medication.
