Growing ecommerce company in Murrieta specializing in marketplace and on-line sales is looking for an Internet Business Manager to lead one of our product lines. Candidates must be an independent focused problem-solver that can pivot between tasks quickly. This is a full-time, in-house position with room to grow for the right candidate. Training will be provided.
This position offers a broad range of duties and requires someone who is self-motivated, with strong computing skills and acute attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily order logistics and handle issues promptly as they arise
Monitor and maintain performance metrics for multiple sales channels
Lead and support warehouse and customer service staff
Monitor on hand and Amazon FBA inventory levels
Purchasing, supply chain, and processing vendor RMAs
Required Skills:
This job entails working independently with some projects requiring close partnership with the owner. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and logical, and eager to learn and help with any task that comes up.
Strong computing knowledge (handling data in Excel, csv, txt formats)
Proficiency in online ordering, email, and Excel
Ability to work independently and be a team player
Strong analytical skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills | Not Required:
Experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart, DoorDash)
Shipping Applications (Teapplix, FedEx, UPS)
Website management or basic design experience (Photoshop, Shopify)
Shipping (pick/pack/ship) and/or warehouse experience
Work Environment:
The work environment is casual with typical business hours (Mon-Fri / 8:30 am – 5:00 pm). Headquarters includes a front office, break room, and warehouse in a business park in Murrieta.
