Job Description:

Machine operator / Assembler position in a growing injection-molding environment that produces thermoplastics parts and assembles. Must be reliable, trustworthy, quality oriented, pay attention to detail, a team player with integrity, is able to multi-task and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities for machine operator include but are not limited:

1) An eye for detail and ability to report defective material or questionable condition to quality or supervisor
2) Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
3) Maintain an organized, clean, safe work station and working environment
4) Work independently with little supervision
5) Operate numerous machines at the same time
6) Fill out paperwork accurately
7) Read and follow a set of job instructions
8) Be able to use a weigh scale to weigh parts and materials
9) Be able to follow packaging instructions to meet customer expectations
10) Maintain an organized, clean, safe work station and working environment
11) Be able to follow assembly work instructions
12) Run material grinder to grind parts for recycle
13) Operate a pad and hot foil printer

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

1) Must have a high school diploma or GED
2) Ability to read, write, speak English and follow instructions
3) Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
4) A great eye for detail and ability to perform repetitive motions
5) Able to work independently and with others in constructive fashion
6) Able to lift 55lbs
7) Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check and drug screen

Location: Dorr, MI

We have openings on first shift (Monday-Friday & Saturday potentials), second shift (Monday-Friday) and potentially third shift. Full time and part time positions are available.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. Compensation and benefits are dependent upon years of experience and pay for performance.

A highly motivated individual is needed for a QE / Project Management position. Experience in the plastic injection molding industry strongly preferred, but not required for applicants. Additional training will be provided after onboarding as necessary.

This position will consist of:
- Co-management of a team of production team members and maintain their training for quality control of product
- Work directly with customers on a quality control and project management level
- Manage the launch process for new production projects
- Contribute and implement ideas for continuous improvement
- Motivate team memebers to follow 5S standards
- Schedule production
- Building quality control documentation to be used in the production process
- Maintaining current and pursuing new ISO TS and other quality certifications for the company.
- Building PAPP documentation
- Experience with GD&T preferred but not required.
- ETC.

Pay-scale to be discussed based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
