You may now see our flyers out and about in our local community Douglas, Wyoming! Thank you to the local businesses that were willing to support our small business in hoping to make grief in the community a little bit easier to deal with! I did forget to put the time on our Grief over Grounds flyer but it is still at 10:30-11:30 and EVERYONE is welcome! We understand that kiddos need to come along as well so we will make sure it is a safe and welcoming place for the kiddos included!

Our first Grief Over Grounds meeting (4/13/2024) was small, and still wonderful! We discussed the grief we held that day, shared space for each other, laughed, and discussed our mission and goals for the future. We hope to see you next month!

Grief is a universal language, we may all experience it differently, but it is an experience that we can all relate to regardless of the lives we lead, the religions we follow, or our cultural backgrounds, grief is a profound feeling that we as humans resonate with. As Death Doulas we are here to provide education and empowerment a listening ear, and a shoulder to cry and lean on when experiencing grief. We are here with you through the 'stages' of grief in the ways you go through them, because there are no set stages, there are no time requirements, and most of all you do NOT have to be alone in a life experience like the loss of a loved one or beloved animal.
