Hello everyone, Jerry here. I needed to make a quick post about an issue thats been happening very frequently over the last 6 weeks concerning the day to day operation of the business. I myself have had over 30 clients requesting their services rescheduled in the last 6 weeks. I understand that things come up like an emergency and require a rescheduled appointment from time to time. We do not sit around a phone in an office waiting for the phone to ring and are very busy between my tech Casey and myself and are working 10-12 hrs a day to try and take care of all customers needs. We also have personal lives and families that we like to spend time with just like everyone else. This influx of reschedules has caused us to have to work extra hrs and even extra weekends. After much consideration, if a reschedule is required there will be a $25 inconvience fee added to each service starting Monday 10/18/2021. We schedule each and every service 3 months in advance, everytime we lose an appointment its lost revenue for our business and we end up having to lose some of our personal time to make up those rescheduled services.
