Here is a 22x24 basement addition that Red Oak got to be a part of! We did an overall 26x26 dig out and cut in a ramp so the masons can bring in materials safely and efficiently.
Tarps were laid around the sides of the basement to prevent cave-ins from the rain.
Partnering with Teter Of Trades Contracting LLC on this project has been an awesome opportunity!

We finally broke ground on this 22’ x 24’ home addition!

The basement is almost completely dug out, and things are officially moving. If everything stays on schedule, we should be ready to start framing the first week of September.

Big shoutout to Red Oak Excavating and Landscaping for helping us get this project underway.

Can’t wait to watch this one come together. Stay tuned for the progress!

Harsh winters can be very hard on Limestone driveways, with all the plowing. We will get you fixed up with a fresh coat before spring rains turn your driveway to mud. We offer a flat rate of $550 per 10ton load within 10 miles of Bolivar OH. This will typically cover 100-120ft of driveway. We can tailgate it or pile it where you need it! 330-705-0208
