I just spent a day with the legendary Perry Belcher, where he broke apart and rebuilt my business, offer, and sales process

If you don’t know Perry, he’s one of the OGs of the digital marketing space.

He runs a group of nearly 20 companies, and co-founded Digital Marketer, Traffic and Conversion Summit etc

He’s also consistently ahead of the curve and scarily accurate at predicting what’s coming next with business and online marketing, which is why I follow his stuff closely.

I flew out to Austin, Texas to spend a day at his house for some consulting on what the next level of Revenue Boost looks like.

He and 3 other founders in a mini mastermind.

Just going around solving each person's problems

I'll go to these types of events any-day over a conference filled with 300 people and speakers.

One thing that really stuck with me was this --

When I explained my three-year vision for the company.

Perry looked at me puzzled and asked “Why don’t you just do that in three months?”

That broke my brain a bit lol

Still processing it!

Why don't I do it in 3 months?

I don't know.

I didn't believe it was possible

I suppose that when I drew out my 3 year vision and business goals....
..the timeline of getting there was based on what I felt I could realistically achieve based on my current

>knowledge
>skills
>team

And looking at my recent growth rate, and letting that play out gradually over time

I now see that's a flawed way of thinking

I was limiting my future -- based on my past/present.

Looking at the world through a defined lens, based on my current and past experience.

Anyways

He went on to explain that anything that can be achieved in a certain period of time can be achieved in any period of time.

And if you can’t wrap your head around doing it faster, it's solely a mindset thing.

That's exactly why I surround myself with high level people like Perry.

To understand how they think, how they operate, and what beliefs they hold.

(And to get their money-making magic to rub off on me lol)

This is THE biggest cheat code in business.

Getting expert help from someone who’s multiple levels ahead of you in business.

That's why we do what we do at RevenueBoost

To help B2B founders solve their leads and sales bottlenecks quickly, the same way Perry solved mine.

Outside of making a key hire, I can’t think of 1 thing that’s moved my business forward more than outside help.

I paid a lot for the opportunity and flew halfway across the world for it.

But if that’s the price to compress three-year goals into three months, heck ya thats worth it

I was thinking of doing a full write-up of the mastermind takeaways.

If that'd be interesting to you, let me know below

OpenAI just dropped ChatGPT usage data - the most common ways people are using AI

Every category is a billion-dollar SaaS opportunity or a money-making agency offer in plain sight

While everyone's staring at the consumer use cases, I'm seeing the B2B goldmine.

'Cause 83% of small businesses aren't using AI yet.

If I was starting a brand new agency or business today, and looking for the best niche

This is it

I'd 100% build an AI agency to help small businesses implement AI and build agents.

Here are the most common use cases in order from most used to least used

#1: Writing + editing

Not just personal emails btw

That's every business workflow that could be a SaaS opportunity

👉 Sales sequences that write themselves
👉 Proposal generators for agencies
👉 Client report automation
👉 LinkedIn content that doesn't suck

#2: Teaching

Lots of business and consumer use cases here.

And this'll fa sho have an impact on the online course and e-learning industry.

Information gets further watered down and the value prop of a $2000 course doesn't look as good any more

Think AI sales trainers for your specific industry, AI onboarding that adapts to each new hire, AI coaches for cold calling.

#3: How-to advice

This is where the real money is.

"How to set up my CRM,"
"How to write cold emails that convert,"
"How to hire my first SDR."

Every B2B process becomes an AI agent opportunity.

#4: Health, fitness, beauty questions

I use chatGPT a lot for random health questions actually

And I'm still alive!

#5: Translation (contextual, not just literal)

#6: Programming

#7: Purchasable products , shopping recommendations

Here's what most people miss:

These aren't just consumer trends.

They're validation that businesses are ready to pay for AI that solves their specific problems.

Get your piece of the gold rush.

Tons of opportunity to take these behaviors and build vertical solutions for:
→ SaaS companies
→ Agencies
→ Professional services
→ B2B marketers

The data doesn't lie.

People want AI that understands their world, not generic assistants.

Which of these opportunities are you the most excited about?

Also - curious how this compared for you, it was actually fairly consistent with the most common use cases for me personally

27 leads & 1 retainer deal closed......only THREE days into a cold email campaign 💰

Meanwhile, people are still saying "cold email doesn't work anymore"...

The old way of doing it, sure. Legacy tools that aren't built for the modern era, spray and pray approach etc.

But when you actually know what you're doing?

Cold email still crushes.

This channel feels like printing money.

It really is like a private ad network, where you can create revenue outta thin air

You just need the right ingredients:

✅ A compelling offer that makes prospects feel it's worth their time to take a call

✅ Sharp copy - concise, relevant, and speaks directly to their problems or goals.

✅ Tight ICP definition with quality data.

✅ Solid tech setup for deliverability

And the last piece of the puzzle - relentless A/B testing.

The message getting us 1 lead per 23 sends? That's one of 8 variants tested in that campaign

You'll never find winners if you're not constantly testing.

Test lists
Test copy
Test elements of copy (Value propositions, CTAs, pain points, benefits etc)

As for how we manage all of this - Instantly.ai is our tool of choice, it powers our entire agency.

-> Try it free here https://lnkd.in/gyZF3veT

It does everything above - list building, sending, deliverability & inbox creation, and now with their AI co-pilot, even writes copy for you!

Cool to see we're getting epic deliverability from this platform, with brand new inboxes that are less than a month old.

Don't ignore this channel - it's one of the most powerful tools in B2B!

If ya wanna try it on your own rather then hire an agency like ours, give Instantly a shot, it makes it so easy

I also hosted a 5-day boot camp teaching how to use it and start generating leads with cold email.

We turned it into a mini-course.

Comment "LEADS" and I'll send it over to you!

I've done cold email for 7 years & never seen a bigger change than what’s happening right now…

I’ve never been more excited about this channel - and at the same time, I’ve never been more frustrated by it

Here's why.

Last year, I watched what used to work stop working completely. Deliverability tanked. Reply rates dropped across a lot of industries we were working in. People asking, “Is cold outreach dead?”

At one point I panicked, but then I realized something: the channel didn't die. The market just evolved. And most people haven't caught up yet.

And I'm not talking about small tweaks.

Email deliverability got harder. Way harder. AI spam destroyed sender reputation across the board, so legitimate emails now hit spam folders constantly.

Plus tools like Instantly.ai have made it 10x easier and cheaper to run outbound campaigns - which is awesome - but it also means 10x more people are doing it

Every B2B entrepreneur - and their cousin, and their creepy uncle, are running cold email campaigns.

BUT - Saturation isn't bad. It's a reset.

Saturation is a good thing.

When a channel gets crowded, it doesn't mean it's broken.

It means people are making serious money from it.

Everyones doing cold email because it works, and works well!

This just means you need to move differently than everyone else.

So this past year we completely reinvented how we run outbound for our clients.

New approach to copy and personalization.
New deliverability infrastructure.
New way to blend automation with actual human touch.
New targeting strategies

Now we built something better than we ever had before and clients are winning

I just finished a 45-minute video breaking down everything we discovered…what's changed, why it matters, and exactly how to position yourself to crush it in 2026.

If you're doing cold outreach and results are slowing down, you need to see this.

If you’re starting outbound as a channel and want to know the blueprint to win in 2026 this is it!

→ Comment "OUTREACH" and I'll send you the full training.

Finally…A multi-channel outreach tool that works great. This is huge.

Instantly.ai just integrated HeyReach.io

Here's why I'm excited about this...

Multi-channel outreach converts way better than single-channel.

That's not news.

The problem is finding a tool that doesn't suck at one of the channels. Most multi-channel tools are garbage.

They try to do everything and end up being average at all of it.

LinkedIn tools that "also do email" have terrible deliverability.

Email tools that "also do LinkedIn" are clunky and unsafe.

But this integration is different.

It's two specialized tools working together.

Instantly handles cold email the way it should be handled.

HeyReach handles LinkedIn the way it should be handled.

No compromises.

Here's why this matters

👉 Every prospect is different
👉 Some reply to email but ignore LinkedIn
👉 Some reply to LinkedIn but ignore email
👉 You need to meet people where they're at

And when they see you in multiple places they build familiarity faster.

Now here's where this gets super duper cool...

A couple of workflows we were mapping out....

Use Case 1: Long-term nurture

After a lead finishes your 3-email sequence you can move them to LinkedIn.

You can't keep emailing them forever without tanking your sender reputation.

But you can nurture them on LinkedIn every 2-4 weeks with content.

A post. A lead magnet. A podcast episode.

Keep the conversation open without burning your domain.

Use Case 2: Boost appointment rates

When someone replies positively to your email you can connect on LinkedIn.

Send them the calendar link there too.

Share pre-call content to prep them.

Increase your show-up rate.

I've been waiting for something like this.

Two best-in-class tools making a baby!

10 booked meetings in the first 5 days of a new Instantly.ai campaign

For a fintech company targeting every country in the world.

And we're only sending low volume, haven't even ramped this up yet!

Here's what made this work, and how you can steal this for your campaigns.

The challenge:

This client's value prop changes for every country they target.

Different regulations. Different pain points. Different messaging needed.

So we had two options:

👉 Send one generic message to everyone (terrible idea)
👉 Create 50+ different campaigns for each country (absolute nightmare)

We picked option three.

We built an AI workflow that personalizes every single email based on the prospect's country and regulatory environment.

Here's how:

→We created a master knowledge library with detailed info on how their solution applies to each country's financial regulations.

→Then we uploaded all leads into one list and let AI research each prospect's location and adapt the email automatically.

Every email feels custom. Every email speaks directly to their specific pain point.

The result?

Instant credibility.

When you demonstrate a deep understanding of someone's problem, they assume you have the solution.

It's like talking to a doctor who can explain exactly what's wrong with you, you trust they know how to fix it.

This saved us 50+ hours of manual work.

And it's working better than any generic campaign ever could.

You can use this exact approach for your campaigns.

Customize based on role. Industry. Company size. Whatever's relevant.

AI lets you send hyper-personalized cold emails at scale, the way good SDRs do manual outreach, but faster.

Can't wait to see where this campaign goes after 60–90 days of optimization.

BAM - this is what Cold Email done right gets you - here's how to replicate it.

There are only 5 things you need, to fill your calendar with quality sales calls from outreach.

Backstory: This client was an SEO agency (competitive niche) and at its peak, booked 8-10 appointments daily
..200 appointments a month

Now I failed calculus in High School, but I can still do this fun math here:

If you're running paid ads, a $300 cost-per-booked call would be GOOD for B2B offers, if it's quality.

Meaning, you would have had to spend $60,000 to produce what this email campaign did. Or maybe $40,000 if you got cost-per-booked call to $200.

But no, this business only paid ~$1200 a month in tech expenses.

To do what would have cost $40,000-60,000 in ads.

That's freaking insane. Ludacris, even.

Now not every campaign books 100s of meetings per month

And this client, had REALLY low results for the first few months

But after a year of tweaking, they blew it up and 4X'd their MRR.

💣 OK AJ enough fluff, tell me the 5 things I need to make cold outreach work!

When we audit a campaign that's not working, we look at 5 things

Deliverability

Targeting

Messaging

Offer

Volume

Targeting/Messaging/Offer = how good your campaign is

Deliverability/Volume = reach. A good campaign sending 100 emails a day, or having crap deliverability, won't do much

If you're hiring an agency, they should give you a clear plan for all 5.

If you're doing it yourself and not getting results.

ALL you need to do is go 1 by 1 and optimize these 5 things.

The data will tell you which needs attention.

This is why we love Instantly.ai - the analytics make it so easy to figure out how to scale campaigns.

Here's 2-3 pro tips for each of the 5 areas.

If you want me to go deeper, ask in the comments!

⚡DELIVERABILITY PRO TIP

- Send 25 emails a day max per inbox, scale by getting more inboxes

- No links, HTML, images, or videos in your copy

- Use AI to customize each email, so that you're sending out unique content. Clay.com rocks at this.

⚡VOLUME PRO TIP

- Just send more lmao. Start small, ramp up as long as deliverability is good.

- At scale this becomes more of a technical/list building/process game.

- If you exhaust your TAM, find adjacent niches, and reycle your list in 6 months.

⚡COPY PRO TIPS

- Max 5 sentences. 80% of emails are read on mobile.

- Make it feel like a 1:1 email

- Stop selling so hard. Ask a question or give a lead magnet

⚡TARGETING

- Identify your best client; the more specific the better "Series A B2B SaaS without a CMO"

- Databases like Instantly give you great lists, then tools like Clay can enrich further

- Test different job titles and company types

⚡OFFER

- BAV = Big Ass Value. What can you give away?

- Market sophistication = if you're in a competitive space, you HAVE to be different and know what everyone else is saying

- Test offers
..There ya have it.

Action item - pick 3 things to execute today

1 simple business hack that will 3-5x our growth in 2025.

(And will do the same for you - plus it's somewhat easy to implement)

I just got back from bouncing between the U.S., Europe, and Vietnam—family time, business masterminds, and a little fun in Spain and Italy.

And I had a BIG realization.

A shift that will change everything for me in 2025.

Here it is: Other people will determine your success.

(Bear with me.)

I don’t mean you’re not in control of your own destiny.

I mean—your next big win will come from a WHO, not a HOW.

🚀 One hire...

🚀 One partner...

🚀 One conversation that sparks a million-dollar idea...

Like Dan Sullivan says: “Focus on WHO, not HOW.”

Find the WHOs.

(If only WHO-ville from The Grinch was a real place, right?)

A quick story...

Last month, I was on a cruise with 40 entrepreneurs at Anik Singal’s Board of Experts Mastermind.

One thing Anik said made the entire trip worth it:

"All of my biggest growth periods had NOTHING to do with my knowledge or skills... it was always WHO I knew."

Means a lot coming from someone who built a 40M company!

Example?

He partnered with Robert Kiyosaki, got access to his audience, and BOOM—huge growth.

That got me thinking...

Of course, you need skills and knowledge. But that’s only 10% of the game.

The real game? Finding and recruiting WHOs.

💡 Want to build an audience? Find a WHO who already has one.

💡 Want to start a business? Partner with a WHO who has deep connections.

💡 Want to land a big opportunity? Connect with a WHO who can open doors.

One quick story of how this played out for me.

➡️ I emailed a YouTuber with millions subs to be on his show.

➡️ That WHO said yes.

➡️ That led to $300K+ in revenue.

➡️ Then, another WHO saw that invited me to a big speaking gig.

➡️ I spoke there. More revenue.

➡️ That led to Foundr reaching out to co-create a course.

➡️ More revenue. And a free trip to Australia to hang with awesome people.

➡️ That brand association gave me credibility to connect with bigger, whos

➡️ Plus I got some mentoring from the founder (another who)

See the pattern?

The takeaway:

Before you ask HOW to do something…

Ask WHO can do it better, and how can I connect with them?

Because sometimes, it takes 60 seconds to find the right WHO...

Or you can spend months, years, even decades figuring it out yourself.

And here’s the best part—

When you adopt WHO thinking instead of HOW thinking...

📌 You think bigger.

📌 You don’t shut down good ideas.

📌 You realize nothing is out of reach

📌 Rather than thinking "Ah I can't do that idea, I don't have time/resources/blah blah"

📌 Instead you just think WHO is the missing piece.

How about you?

👉 WHO is the one person you need to meet this year to unlock your next level?

And if you need a WHO to help scale your business and handle cold email lead gen this year...

I may know a guy 🙂
