If you trained at Hahnemann between the period of January 10, 2018 and Aug 6, 2019 you need to purchase tail coverage.

As you are applying for tail coverage ask your broker to inform you of what carriers they are forwarding your application. Given the situation of needing to purchase a stand-alone tail insurance policy brokers will only have a limited number of carriers. This can create duplication which can cause a delay as the carriers will need to track the ultimate broker of record. The broker of record is the broker representing you to obtain coverage.
If you have questions or need support in obtaining coverage. Equinix Professional Risk is available to assist you. To obtain coverage submit the details listed above to [email protected] .
