Potential investment partners are typically skeptical of the legitimacy of most ecommerce consultants due to a lack of transparency on the consultant's end.
At SWA, we are investors ourselves understand how frustrating it can be when someone, or a company is posturing as competent while in reality that have zero clue what they are doing or how to deliver results.
The P&L below is a screenshot I just took from one of our clients who put in a $2,000 inventory order that we are selling through a combination of FBA & FBM on Amazon.
Like all of our partners, we instructed this investor to start with a small, $2,000 inventory order to
1) Make sure the market actually desired the product as much as our product research strategies predicted they would before going all in and making a massive inventory order.
2) To warm up his Amazon Seller account with a small volume of orders to slowly build trust with Amazon as opposed to selling to much too quickly and sending up red flags in Amazon's algorithm because he is a new seller who has not built trust with Amazon yet through selling products with high amounts of positive customer feedback rate.
I also understand ecommerce management companies throw out return numbers on Amazon wholesale specifically that are all over the place. I wanted to post this so people could see a realistic ROI on a well selected batch of inventory with an initial inventory order.
While this post is not a promise that everyone who places a $2,000 inventory order will see this exact percentage return at this same point in the sell out process as this client has, but based on data from all of our clients, this is fairly standard across clients who participate in buying brands we source at wholesale prices and sell them through Amazon FBA & FBM.
I included the full P&L so anyone viewing this can have full transparency on the factors involved in becoming profitable as an Amazon wholesale seller.
No fluff. Just real, raw numbers.
If you would like more information on how our management firm functions or would like to get involved as a capital partner who can potentially see returns like this client has, message us "Start" to learn more.
