As Cornerstone Caregiving’s Seacoast Team continues to grow, so does our leadership team. 💙🌊

We’re excited to announce that Emily McKay is stepping into the role of Assistant Operating Director of Talent & Compliance, working alongside Lillian Stevens, who will serve as our Assistant Operating Director of Client Services & Growth.

This added leadership allows us to stay focused on what matters most: supporting our incredible caregivers, providing exceptional care to the clients and families who trust us, and continuing to strengthen our relationships with healthcare and community partners throughout the Seacoast.

Emily and Lily have both played an important role in the growth of our office, and their leadership, dedication, and commitment to the people we serve have made a tremendous impact, not only within the Seacoast, but across our neighboring Cornerstone offices as well.

We are so proud to recognize Isabelle as Team Seacoast’s 2026 Caregiver of the Year! 💙

Isabelle has been with us since our early days and consistently represents everything exceptional caregiving should be. She takes on some of our most complex and end-of-life clients, has perfect attendance, advocates fiercely for those in her care, and has even helped prevent rehospitalizations by recognizing changes early.

Her compassion, reliability, and ability to make every client feel safe and cared for are truly unmatched.

Sometimes going above and beyond has four paws. 🐾💙

Snickers is the beloved elderly dog of one of our Veterans, and when his owner wasn’t able to get him to the vet for his annual visit and nail trim, our incredible AOD, Lillian Stevens, stepped in.

No charge. No clock. No expectation of recognition.

She simply took time outside of work to make sure Snickers was cared for because she knew how much he means to his person.

This is what care looks like to us.

It’s recognizing that supporting our Veterans means caring about the things, and the lives, that matter most to them. Sometimes that means helping with personal care, meals, companionship, or transportation. And sometimes it means making sure an old dog gets to the vet safely and comes home to the person who loves him.

Lily, thank you for leading with your heart and for reminding all of us that the smallest acts of kindness can mean absolutely everything to someone else.

Our Veterans deserve to feel cared for, respected, and supported, and so do all those they love. 🇺🇸🐾

Meet the Seacoast Team 💙🌊

Meet Emily & Maddie!

These two lovely ladies are behind so much of the quality and consistency of care we provide every day.

Emily is our Recruiting Manager and oversees our extensive caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and compliance process. From the first interview through onboarding, she works to ensure we’re bringing compassionate, dependable, and qualified caregivers onto our team. She leads our full-day orientation, setting clear expectations from day one, while also overseeing the hands-on skills assessments that help ensure our caregivers are prepared to meet and exceed the level of care we strive to provide on the Seacoast.

Maddie is our Staffing Manager, overseeing client and caregiver satisfaction, reassessments, hands-on training, and quality assurance. She works closely with our clients and caregivers to make sure care remains successful long after services begin.

Maddie is also a CNA by trade, with many years of experience in acute and geriatric care, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of providing complex care to seniors in the home setting.

Along with Kaitlin and Lily, having multiple CNAs on our management team reflects our commitment to keeping hands-on caregiving experience closely connected to our operations and the decisions we make every day.

We’re so lucky to have these two ladies helping us continue to raise the bar for home care on the Seacoast. 💙

Behind every successful client schedule is a team working hard to make sure the right caregiver is in the right home at the right time.

Meet Norie and Kaitlin, our amazing Scheduling Managers! Together, they manage the day-to-day scheduling needs of our clients and caregivers, build and maintain recurring schedules, and work tirelessly to create great caregiver-client matches that provide consistency and comfort.

Kaitlin also oversees our VA authorizations and assessments, helping ensure the veterans we serve receive timely, seamless, and high-quality care.

Scheduling home care is no small task, and we’re incredibly grateful for the dedication these two bring to our clients, caregivers, and families every single day. 💙

Our manager, Emily, had the pleasure of stopping by today to celebrate Peter and deliver a special birthday gift, his very own Proud Veteran Cornerstone Caregiving shirt with cake and balloons! We think it looks pretty perfect on him. 🥹🇺🇸

Peter has been part of our Cornerstone Caregiving Seacoast family for about a year, and his wonderful wife, Nadia, is his primary caregiver through the VA’s HHA program. These two are truly the sweetest, and we feel so lucky to be part of their journey and help support them along the way. ❤️

🎒 Our 2nd Annual Seacoast Backpack Drive! ✏️📚

Back-to-school season is here on the Seacoast, and we were so excited to continue one of our favorite traditions!

This year, our Seacoast team filled more than 75 backpacks with school supplies for our caregivers and their children as a small way of saying thank you for everything they do. 💙

Our caregivers are the heart of Cornerstone Caregiving. Every day, they show up with compassion and dedication to care for seniors and veterans throughout our community, and we’re incredibly grateful for the difference they make in the lives of the families we serve.

To our amazing caregivers and all of their kiddos heading back to school next week, we wish you a happy, safe, and exciting school year! 🎒🍎✏️
