🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Support new product development and packaging innovation from concept through commercialization
- Evaluate new closure and packaging equipment technologies
- Provide technical support for packaging processes, equipment, and application challenges
- Partner with customers during launches, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Conduct lab testing, analyze data, and develop testing protocols
- Deliver training to internal teams and customers
- Participate in industry associations and technical events

📘 What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Engineer, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in packaging, food & beverage, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of packaging materials, food processing, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
- Strong troubleshooting, root case analysis, and data analysis skills
- Understanding of packaging equipment, capping systems, and closure applications
- Excellent communication and project management skills
