Breaking the Cycle of Bullying in Nursing
This project was created to open honest conversations about workplace bullying, burnout, emotional safety, leadership, mentorship, and restoring compassion within the culture of care.
Nursing is more than clinical skill - it is humanity, resilience, teamwork, and support. No nurse, student, or healthcare professional should feel silenced, unsupported, or diminished in environments meant for healing.
My hope is that this book becomes a resource for reflection, education, leadership growth, and meaningful change across healthcare settings.
