What can Flagstaff learn from other downtowns across the country? 🌆
At Downtown Matters Conference, we’re bringing together leaders and practitioners to share projects, ideas, and lessons learned from their own communities, and we’re excited to welcome Kevin Blanchard, CEO of Downtown Lafayette, to this year’s speaker lineup.
With a background in law, public service, journalism, and real estate development, Kevin leads a team focused on the urban design, place management, development, and programming that drive Downtown Lafayette’s economic and cultural vibrancy.
Prior to joining Downtown Lafayett, Kevin led redevelopment and housing initiatives throughout the City of Lafayette, including the transformation of a historic downtown warehouse into the headquarters of a major technology firm and the development of new downtown housing projects. He has also served in leadership roles in both local government and private-sector development.
Kevin will join downtown leaders to share ideas, lessons learned, and innovative projects that are helping communities create stronger, more vibrant downtowns. 🤩
