Our clients are all different.

Different industries. Different communities. Different challenges. Different possibilities.

But the work keeps revealing some common threads.

☑️They’re navigating something that doesn’t have an easy answer.

☑️They know the people closest to the experience need to be part of creating what comes next.

☑️They’re trying to connect things that weren’t designed to work together.

☑️They see relationships as infrastructure — not an afterthought.

☑️They’re willing to question assumptions, including their own.

☑️They know meaningful change rarely fits neatly inside one organization, department or program.

☑️They’re willing to start before everything is figured out.

☑️And somewhere underneath it all, they believe there is a possibility they haven’t discovered yet.

The work looks different every time.

Maybe that’s exactly the point.

We don’t come in knowing what the answer is.

We help create the conditions for people to find it — together.

This week, Kinect M1 had the opportunity to join Dani Krueger from Destinations Career Academy of WI to share a little about something we believe deeply:

**Dream big. Start small. Learn fast. Build together.**

Through Kinect M1, we've had the privilege of working alongside DCA and Wisconsin Virtual Academies as a consulting and innovation partner as they continue to grow their Construction & Engineering pathway.

But the learning behind this work started years ago.

We had a big idea: create a physical Hub where virtual students could connect with one another, their community, career opportunities and people they may never otherwise have had the chance to meet.

So we built the Kinect Hub.

And it worked.

Students came. Partners showed up. Relationships formed. Opportunities emerged.

But as we listened and learned, we started asking a bigger question:

What if connection wasn't just something that happened in one place? What if it could be intentionally designed throughout a student's journey?

The Hub taught us that spaces for connection matter — and the systems that create those connections matter just as much.

It also helped us build an incredible network of partners and schools who wanted to be part of creating something more for students.

Today, many of those lessons and relationships are helping inform our work alongside DCA as they build their Construction Academy.

It's bringing together a growing population of virtual students, a real workforce need, and industry and community partners who are willing to invest their time, knowledge and experience in young people.

The opportunity is to create multiple checkpoints of connection throughout a student's journey — authentic experiences, industry exposure, relationships and real mentors from the field.

Not one career day.
Not one tour.
Not one lucky connection.

During our presentation, Dani brought our Learning Loop to life by sharing how DCA is putting this approach into practice through Construction Academy.

Because sometimes one idea doesn't end.

It teaches you what to build next.

We started by building a place for connection.

Now, we're helping build a PATHWAY of connection.

Great work starts with great relationships. 💚

Over the past few months, Kinect M1 has had the opportunity to work alongside the incredible team at UW-Green Bay.

We’ve been grateful for every conversation, every perspective shared, every question asked, and every opportunity to learn alongside one another.

There’s something pretty powerful about bringing people together with curiosity — not assuming we already know the answer, but being willing to listen, learn, connect, and imagine what might be possible, TOGETHER.

Grateful for the trust, the partnership, and the people of UW–Green Bay. 💚

Sometimes the best team-building doesn't happen in a conference room.

It happens on a charter boat... when Lake Michigan reminds you who's in charge.

With 4–5 foot waves, we had to adapt, trust one another, and keep encouraging each other. We came back with fish—but the biggest catch wasn't what we brought home.

It was the relationships.

Our Let's Build Together Wisconsin team is made up of people from schools, skilled trades, industry, and community organizations. We each bring different perspectives, experiences, and expertise, but we share one goal: creating more opportunities for young people across Wisconsin.

Days like this remind us that partnerships aren't built through meetings alone. They're built through shared experiences, honest conversations, a few laughs, and facing challenges together.

Because when relationships come first, collaboration follows. And when collaboration grows, all great things become possible.
