🌊 Upstream with D-UP! 🌟

We had the joy of partnering with D-UP to facilitate an energizing and thoughtful workshop focused on upstream problem solving — a powerful approach that challenges us to look beyond quick fixes and instead tackle the root causes of issues in our communities.

Together, we explored what it means to be a Community Quarterback, using a systems lens to identify recurring challenges, engage diverse partners, and build durable, community-centered solutions. From reflective discussions to hands-on action planning, the energy in the room was nothing short of inspiring.

Work like this reminds us that real change happens before the crisis — when we take the time to listen, connect, and act with intention.

Thank you to the passionate leaders at D-UP and every participant who leaned in with curiosity and courage. The momentum is just beginning. 💪🏾✨
