My boy has graduated High School!

Rex is wearing a sash for being an FCCLA Region Officer, a green braid for Natural Resources, and a black braid for completing his CET (ROP Culinary).

Rex discovered his joy of cooking and competing while in his first Culinary Arts class. He has competed with FCCLA for the past 3 years, and was elected as Region Officer this past year.

Rex has also been accepted to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, and will begin his courses there next year!

We are all super proud of our son and the amazing young man he is, and can't wait to see what the future holds. ♥️

ViVi kept me company while I was taping! 😂

We had a rough night last night, but only because she's still anxious (obviously).

I am pretty sure this sweet girl has never tasted apple until today. She spit the first one out, decided to try the second one again, and that was it. She is now a lover of apples! 😂

🐾 After losing Loki so unexpectedly a few weeks ago, I didn't think we'd be ready to invite another puppers into our home. But then we saw this beautiful girl. 😍

We don't know a lot about her, but her body tells a very heartbreaking story. We have brought her home, where she can focus on being a dog and being spoiled and loved.

Her name at the shelter was Bertha, but we feel like she is a goddess, princess, and a little magical.

And so she has a big new name for her big 120 pounds of love:

Venus "ViVi" Buckley

Also, the last pic is my knee after petting her for less than a minute. 😂
