During our introductory partner meeting, which is usually in person, in our office or on Zoom, among others, I often get asked about our goals and why we need it all, why don't we just launch our own products? In fact, we launch new products all the time, about once every three months, but the direction of partner launch is a separate business, in which, frankly, we believe in even more than just a product. Initially, this direction was that there are almost no companies on the our market that provide a similar service and when we ourselves, having no experience with Amazon, were looking for a contractor, had to turn to the company in the United States. After some time, we realized that we still maintain our team to work with Amazon, but we cannot load it to 100% only with our products. Since it is not interesting to us to make money just at our service, we have developed several strategic tasks in this direction for 2-3 years ahead:
1) On the path of increasing the number of goods and niches, we will soon be able to combine orders in fewer factories, depending on the type of production, which will allow to give more interesting prices for partners, even taking into account our small commission. It is important to note that this is the work of a Win-Win format, where we do not impose anything and the partner, if he does not want, can always refuse the offer.
2) Concluding exclusive contracts with manufacturers where to sell their products on Amazon, only we and our customers will be. This will eliminate internal competition and relieve manufacturers from the headache of constant flow of dealers.
3) Huge prospects for working with funds that deal with buying Amazon businesses. The ability to consolidate the goods of different customers into one lot, to launch new items in the lot for sale, and to boost sales due to external traffic is just the beginning of the work.
4) Each of our partners (and this is not flattery or exaggeration) is a true creative generator of ideas, giving new things, allowing us to grow and become better. In the process of joint work, new ideas and strategies for joint development will inevitably appear.
