BCBWA Member Spotlight: Linda Martell-Cha with Linda Martell-Cha Design

Linda Martell-Cha is a decorator and certified color consultant serving Newtown, PA and surrounding communities, helping homeowners create spaces that fit the way they actually live. "I would love to work with you to create a beautiful home that fits your current lifestyle and budget," she says, and her clients describe exactly that: friendly, unintimidating help from someone who listens first.

Whether a client is downsizing, upsizing, or updating a home that no longer works, Linda handles color selection, space planning, furniture layout and purchasing, decorative lighting, window treatments, upholstery, art, and wallpaper. She also stages homes for sale. One client credits her staging recommendations with a sale in four days.

Trained at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia and through the Home Staging Resource, Linda has a particular eye for the pieces a home already holds. She asks about the objects and mementos that bring her clients joy, then builds rooms that put them back in view.

Beyond BCBWA, Linda is active with the Interior Design Society, the Buckingham Business Women's Roundtable, Bucks County Neighbors, the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Newtown BNI.

Loredana spent $9,000 so we didn't have to

Twelve weeks, one intensive AI program, paid for out of her own pocket. Loredana Marzullo Shapson is our VP at Bucks County Business Women's Alliance, a solopreneur with no employees, and she was done being the bottleneck in her own business.

On September 18th she's handing over what she learned.

→ A framework for prompts that give you consistent results, no technical background required
→ How to turn a prompt that worked once into a repeatable AI employee for marketing, sales, client communication, operations
→ Which platform to use for which job
→ How to spot the repetitive work and define what AI can own

Her question to sit with beforehand: what do you repeat every day, every week, every month? Because you probably shouldn't be the one doing it anymore.

Friday, September 18. Jericho National. Come and bring a notebook, or an AI notetaker.

What would you hand off first?

PS. Registration is in the comments. If you've been meaning to check the group out, this is a good one to start with.

There is always something valuable about being in a room full of people who are willing to openly share what is working in their businesses.

Our "Share Your Best Business Practice" event sparked thoughtful conversation, practical ideas, and honest discussion around the habits, processes, and decisions that help businesses operate more effectively.

It was a great reminder that sometimes the best insights come from simply hearing how others are approaching similar challenges and opportunities.

Thank you to everyone who made the event so engaging and worthwhile.
