A heartfelt thank you to Lise Seger for leading such an engaging and educational session at the Bucks County Business Women's Alliance (BCBWA).

Lise presented the DISC model and the Take Flight Learning Birds framework. DISC is a behavioral assessment that categorizes how people tend to act and communicate. Lise led us through these categories using the Birds framework of Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl.
